Who is this King of glory? The Lord of hosts, He is the King of glory. Selah
The Lord is King forever and ever; The nations have perished out of His land.
Psalm 146:10 The Lord shall reign forever— Your God, O Zion, to all generations.
But the Lord is the true God; He is the living God and the everlasting King....
Psalm 100:3 Know that the Lord, He is God; It is He who has made us, and not we ourselves; We are His people and the sheep of His pasture.
Acts 17:24 God, who made the world and everything in it, since He is Lord of heaven and earth, does not dwell in temples made with hands.
Psalm 121:2 My help comes from the Lord, Who made heaven and earth.
John 1:29 The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him, and said, “Behold! The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!
Revelation 17:12-14 “The ten horns which you saw are ten kings who have received no kingdom as yet, but they receive authority for one hour as kings with the beast. These are of one mind, and they will give their power and authority to the beast. These will make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb will overcome them, for He is Lord of lords and King of kings; and those who are with Him are called, chosen, and faithful.”
Revelation 19:13b, 16 ...and His name is called The Word of God... .And He has on His robe and on His thigh a name written: KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS.
John 1:1-3 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made.
John 1:14 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth
Philippians 2:5-11 Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, who, being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God, but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men. And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross. Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
Acts 10:36 The word which God sent to the children of Israel, preaching peace through Jesus Christ—He is Lord of all
1 Corinthians 12:3 Therefore I make known to you that no one speaking by the Spirit of God calls Jesus accursed, and no one can say that Jesus is Lord except by the Holy Spirit.
The LORD has prepared his throne in the heavens; and his kingdom rules over all.
The Lord is in His holy temple, The Lord’s throne is in heaven; His eyes behold, His
eyelids test the sons of men.
Isaiah 66:1-2 Thus says the Lord: “Heaven is My throne, And earth is My footstool.
Where is the house that you will build Me? And where is the place of My rest? For all
those things My hand has made, And all those things exist,” Says the Lord. “But on this
one will I look: On him who is poor and of a contrite spirit, And who trembles at My

Psalm 145:10-13 All Your works shall praise You, O Lord, And Your saints shall bless

Psalms 89:14 Justice and judgment are the habitation of thy throne: mercy and truth
shall go before thy face.
1 Kings 22:19 Then Micaiah said, “Therefore hear the word of the Lord: I saw the Lord
sitting on His throne, and all the host of heaven standing by, on His right hand and on
His left.
Isaiah 6:1-8 In the year that King Uzziah died, I saw the Lord sitting on a throne, high and lifted up, and the train of His robe filled the temple. Above it stood seraphim; each one had six wings: with two he covered his face, with two he covered his feet, and with two he flew. And one cried to another and said: “Holy, holy, holy is the Lord of hosts; The whole earth is full of His glory!” And the posts of the door were shaken by the voice of him who cried out, and the house was filled with smoke. So I said: “Woe is me, for I am undone! Because I am a man of unclean lips, And I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips; For my eyes have seen the King, The Lord of hosts.” Then one of the seraphim flew to me, having in his hand a live coal which he had taken with the tongs from the altar. And he touched my mouth with it, and said: “Behold, this has touched your lips; Your iniquity is taken away, And your sin purged.” Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying: “Whom shall I send, And who will go for Us?” Then I said, “Here am I! Send me.”
Daniel 7:9-10 “I watched till thrones were put in place, And the Ancient of Days was seated; His garment was white as snow, And the hair of His head was like pure wool. His throne was a fiery flame, Its wheels a burning fire; A fiery stream issued And came forth from before Him. A thousand thousands ministered to Him; Ten thousand times ten thousand stood before Him. The court was seated, And the books were opened.
Ezekiel 1:22-28 The likeness of the firmament above the heads of the living creatures was like the color of an awesome crystal, stretched out over their heads. And under the firmament their wings spread out straight, one toward another. Each one had two which covered one side, and each one had two which covered the other side of the body. When they went, I heard the noise of their wings, like the noise of many waters, like the voice of the Almighty, a tumult like the noise of an army; and when they stood still, they let down their wings. A voice came from above the firmament that was over their heads; whenever they stood, they let down their wings. And above the firmament over their heads was the likeness of a throne, in appearance like a sapphire stone; on the likeness of the throne was a likeness with the appearance of a man high above it. Also from the appearance of His waist and upward I saw, as it were, the color of amber with the appearance of fire all around within it; and from the appearance of His waist and downward I saw, as it were, the appearance of fire with brightness all around. Like the appearance of a rainbow in a cloud on a rainy day, so was the appearance of the brightness all around it. This was the appearance of the likeness of the glory of the Lord. Ezekiel Sent to Rebellious Israel So when I saw it, I fell on my face, and I heard a voice of One speaking.
Revelation 5:6 And I looked, and behold, in the midst of the throne and of the four living
creatures, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as though it had been slain,
having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent out into all
the earth.
Revelation 5:13 And every creature which is in heaven and on the earth and under the
earth and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, I heard saying: “Blessing and
honor and glory and power Be to Him who sits on the throne, And to the Lamb, forever

your king.
1 Chronicles 29:10-12 Therefore David blessed the Lord before all the assembly; and
David said: “Blessed are You, Lord God of Israel, our Father, forever and ever. Yours, O
Lord, is the greatness, The power and the glory, The victory and the majesty; For all that
is in heaven and in earth is Yours; Yours is the kingdom, O Lord, And You are exalted as
head over all. Both riches and honor come from You, And You reign over all. In Your
hand is power and might; In Your hand it is to make great And to give strength to all.

John 19:11 Jesus answered [to Pilate], “You could have no power at all against Me unless it had been given you from above. Therefore the one who delivered Me to you has the greater sin.”
Job 1:6-8 Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the Lord, and Satan also came among them. And the Lord said to Satan, “From where do you come?” So Satan answered the Lord and said, “From going to and fro on the earth, and from walking back and forth on it.” Then the Lord said to Satan, “Have you considered My servant Job, that there is none like him on the earth, a blameless and upright man, one who fears God and shuns evil?”
Matthew 4:8-9 Again, the devil took Him up on an exceedingly high mountain, and showed Him all the kingdoms of the world and their glory. And he said to Him, “All these things I will give You if You will fall down and worship me.”
2 Corinthians 4:3-4 But even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing, whose minds the god of this age has blinded, who do not believe, lest the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine on them.
Revelation 12:4-5 ....And the dragon stood before the woman who was ready to give
birth, to devour her Child as soon as it was born. She bore a male Child who was to rule
all nations with a rod of iron. And her Child was caught up to God and His throne.
Hebrews 12:2 looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy
that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the
right hand of the throne of God.
And war broke out in heaven: Michael and his angels fought with the dragon; and the dragon and his angels fought, but they did not prevail, nor was a place found for them in heaven any longer. So the great dragon was cast out, that serpent of old, called the Devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was cast to the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
Genesis 3:15
And I will put enmity between [the serpent] and the woman, and between [the serpent's] seed and her Seed; He shall bruise [serpent's] head, and [the serpent] shall bruise His heel.
Revelation 12:10
Then I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, “Now salvation, and strength, and the
kingdom of our God, and the power of His Christ have come, for the accuser of our
brethren, who accused them before our God day and night, has been cast down.
The Kingdom Already, Not YetHebrews 2:8-9 "You have put all things in subjection under his feet.” For in that He put all in subjection under him, He left nothing that is not put under him. But now we do not yet see all things put under him. But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels, for the suffering of death crowned with glory and honor, that He, by the grace of God, might taste death for everyone
Hebrews 2:10-13 For it was fitting for Him, for whom are all things and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons to glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings. For both He who sanctifies and those who are being sanctified are all of one, for which reason He is not ashamed to call them brethren, saying: “I will declare Your name to My brethren; In the midst of the assembly I will sing praise to You.”And again: “I will put My trust in Him.”And again: “Here am I and the children whom God has given Me.”
Hebrews 2:14-15 Inasmuch then as the children have partaken of flesh and blood, He Himself likewise shared in the same, that through death He might destroy him who had the power of death, that is, the devil, and release those who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.
Christ's kingdom is not of this worldJohn 18:36
Jesus answered, “My kingdom is not of this world. If My kingdom were of this world, My servants would fight, so that I should not be delivered to the Jews; but now My kingdom is not from here.”
God conveyed us to the kingdom of The SonColossians 1:12-14
giving thanks to the Father who has qualified us to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in the light. He has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love, in whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins.
Our citizenship is in heavenPhilippians 3:20 For our citizenship is in heaven, from which we also eagerly wait for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ
The Heavenly CityHebrews 12:22-24 But you have come to Mount Zion and to the city of the living God,
the heavenly Jerusalem, to an innumerable company of angels, to the general assembly
and church of the firstborn who are registered in heaven, to God the Judge of all, to the
spirits of just men made perfect, to Jesus the Mediator of the new covenant, and to the
blood of sprinkling that speaks better things than that of Abel.
Galatians 4:25-26 for this Hagar is Mount Sinai in Arabia, and corresponds to Jerusalem
which now is, and is in bondage with her children— but the Jerusalem above is free,
which is the mother of us all.
We are a royal priesthood, a holy nation1 Peter 2:9
But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light
We are ambassadors for Christ2 Corinthians 5:20 Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on Christ’s behalf, be reconciled to God.
We are as pilgrims1 Peter 2:11 Beloved, I beg you as sojourners and pilgrims, abstain from fleshly lusts which war against the soul
The Kingdom within [or in your midst]Luke 17:20-21 Now when He was asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, He
answered them and said, “The kingdom of God does not come with observation; nor will
they say, ‘See here!’ or ‘See there!’ For indeed, the kingdom of God is in within you.”
Jesus is wherever two or more gather in His nameMatthew 18:20
For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them.
Spiritual deliverance equated with the kingdom's arrivalMatthew 12:28b ...If I cast out demons by the Spirit of God, surely the kingdom of God
has come upon you.
The Lord dwells in the high and holy place, with the contriteIsaiah 57:15 For thus says the High and Lofty One Who inhabits eternity, whose name is Holy: “I dwell in the high and holy place, with him who has a contrite and humble spirit, To revive the spirit of the humble, And to revive the heart of the contrite ones.
The Lord is near those of a broken heartPsalm 34:18

The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit and contrite heartPsalm 51:17 The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit, a broken and a contrite heart— These, O God, You will not despise.
The SanctuaryExodus 25:8-9 And let them make Me a sanctuary, that I may dwell among them.
According to all that I show you, that is, the pattern of the tabernacle and the pattern of
all its furnishings, just so you shall make it.
Hebrews 9:1-5 Then indeed, even the first covenant had ordinances of divine service and
the earthly sanctuary. For a tabernacle was prepared: the first part, in which was the
lampstand, the table, and the showbread, which is called the sanctuary; and behind the
second veil, the part of the tabernacle which is called the Holiest of All, which had the
golden censer and the ark of the covenant overlaid on all sides with gold, in which were
the golden pot that had the manna, Aaron’s rod that budded, and the tablets of the
covenant; and above it were the cherubim of glory overshadowing the mercy seat. Of
these things we cannot now speak in detail.
Revelation 11:19 Then the temple of God was opened in heaven, and the ark of His
covenant was seen in His temple. And there were lightnings, noises, thunderings, an
earthquake, and great hail.
(What's in the ark of the covenant? see Hebrews 9:4)
(see Deuteronomy 4:13 to learn about the two tablets)
Christ Our Heavenly High PriestHebrews 8:1-2
Now this is the main point of the things we are saying: We have such a High Priest, who
is seated at the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in the heavens, a Minister of the
sanctuary and of the true tabernacle which the Lord erected, and not man.
Hebrews 4:14-16 Seeing then that we have a great High Priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession. For we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin. Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.
Hebrews 7:25 Therefore He is also able to save to the uttermost those who come to God through Him, since He always lives to make intercession for them.
Hebrews 8:1-2 Now this is the main point of the things we are saying: We have such a High Priest, who is seated at the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in the heavens, a Minister of the sanctuary and of the true tabernacle which the Lord erected, and not man.
The Reign of Death through Sin Verus the Reign of Grace through RighteousnessRomans 5:17
For if by the one man’s offense death reigned through the one, much more those who receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ.)
Romans 5:21 so that as sin reigned in death, even so grace might reign through righteousness to eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Two different lawsRomans 7:22-23 For I delight in the law of God according to the inward man. But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members.
God's law is spiritualRomans 7:14 For we know that the law is spiritual, but I am carnal, sold under sin.
Freedom found in the law of the SpiritRomans 8:1-2 There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death.
2 Corinthians 3:15-18 But even to this day, when Moses is read, a veil lies on their heart. Nevertheless when one turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away. Now the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord.
James 1:25 But he who looks into the perfect law of liberty and continues in it, and is not a forgetful hearer but a doer of the work, this one will be blessed in what he does.
God wants your heartProverbs 23:26 My son, give me your heart, And let your eyes observe my ways.
Let God rule your heartColossians 3:15 And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body; and be thankful.
God wants His law in our heartsJeremiah 31:33 But this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord: I will put My law in their minds, and write it on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people.
God's law hangs on the principle of loveMatthew 22:37-40
Jesus said to him, “‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.”
The Fruit of the Spirit is loveGalatians 5:22-23
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. against such there is no law.
Passing from Death unto LifeJohn 5:24 Most assuredly, I say to you, he who hears My word and believes in Him who sent Me has everlasting life, and shall not come into judgment, but has passed from death into life.
1 John 3:14 We know that we have passed from death to life, because we love the
brethren. He who does not love his brother abides in death.
Once dead in sin, God made us alive together with ChristEphesians 2:1-6 And you... were dead in trespasses and sins, in which you once walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit who now works in the sons of disobedience, among whom also we all once conducted ourselves in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, just as the others. But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), and raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus
Living for the kingdomMatthew 6:31-33
"Therefore do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or
‘What shall we wear?’ For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly
Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first the kingdom of God and His
righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
Hebrews 12:28 Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom which cannot be shaken, let
us have grace, by which we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear.
1 Thess. 2:12 ...walk worthy of God who calls you into His own kingdom and glory
2 Peter 1:10-11
Therefore, brethren, be even more diligent to make your call and election sure, for if you
do these things you will never stumble; for so an entrance will be supplied to you
abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
2 Timothy 4:18 And the Lord will deliver me from every evil work and preserve me for
His heavenly kingdom. To Him be glory forever and ever. Amen!
Our relationship with earthly governmentsRomans 13:1-7 Let every soul be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and the authorities that exist are appointed by God. Therefore whoever resists the authority resists the ordinance of God, and those who resist will bring judgment on themselves. For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to evil. Do you want to be unafraid of the authority? Do what is good, and you will have praise from the same. For he is God’s minister to you for good. But if you do evil, be afraid; for he does not bear the sword in vain; for he is God’s minister, an avenger to execute wrath on him who practices evil. Therefore you must be subject, not only because of wrath but also for conscience’ sake. For because of this you also pay taxes, for they are God’s ministers attending continually to this very thing. Render therefore to all their due: taxes to whom taxes are due, customs to whom customs, fear to whom fear, honor to whom honor.
Luke 20:25 And He said to them, “Render therefore to Caesar the things that are Caesar’s, and to God the things that are God’s.”
Titus 3:1-2 Remind them to be subject to rulers and authorities, to obey, to be ready for every good work, 2 to speak evil of no one, to be peaceable, gentle, showing all humility to all men.
Hebrews 13:17 Obey those who rule over you, and be submissive, for they watch out for your souls, as those who must give account. Let them do so with joy and not with grief, for that would be unprofitable for you.
1 Peter 2:13-17 Therefore submit yourselves to every ordinance of man for the Lord’s sake, whether to the king as supreme, or to governors, as to those who are sent by him for the punishment of evildoers and for the praise of those who do good. For this is the will of God, that by doing good you may put to silence the ignorance of foolish men— as free, yet not using liberty as a cloak for vice, but as bondservants of God. Honor all people. Love the brotherhood. Fear God. Honor the king.
1 Timothy 2:1-3 Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men, for kings and all who are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior
Humility is greatness in the kingdomMatthew 23:12
..whoever exalts himself will be humbled, and he who humbles himself will be exalted.
Matthew 18:1-6 At that time the disciples came to Jesus, saying, “Who then is greatest in the kingdom of heaven?” Then Jesus called a little child to Him, set him in the midst of them, and said, “Assuredly, I say to you, unless you are converted and become as little children, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven. Therefore whoever humbles himself as this little child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven. Whoever receives one little child like this in My name receives Me. “Whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in Me to sin, it would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck, and he were drowned in the depth of the sea.
To be great in the kingdom is to be a servantMatthew 23:11 But he who is greatest among you shall be your servant.
Matthew 20:25-28 ...Jesus called them to Himself and said, “You know that the rulers of the Gentiles lord it over them, and those who are great exercise authority over them. Yet it shall not be so
among you; but whoever desires to become great among you, let him be your servant. And whoever desires to be first among you, let him be your servant— just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many.”
Luke 22:24-27 Now there was also a dispute among them, as to which of them should be considered the greatest. And He said to them, “The kings of the Gentiles exercise lordship over them, and those who exercise authority over them are called ‘benefactors.’ But not so among you; on the contrary, he who is greatest among you, let him be as the younger, and he who governs as he who serves. For who is greater, he who sits at the table, or he who serves? Is it not he who sits at the table? Yet I am among you as the One who serves.
(Also see Christ's example of being a servant in John 13:12-17)
Who can enter the kingdom?John 3:3-5 Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is
born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” Nicodemus said to Him, “How can a
man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother’s womb and be
born?” Jesus answered, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and
the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God.
Matthew 18:3 ...Assuredly, I say to you, unless you are converted and become as little children, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven.
Matthew 19:14 ...“Let the little children come to Me, and do not forbid them; for of such is the kingdom of heaven.”
Matthew 5:3
“Blessed are the poor in spirit, For theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
James 2:5 Listen, my beloved brethren: Has God not chosen the poor of this world to be rich in faith and heirs of the kingdom which He promised to those who love Him?
Matthew 5:19-20 Whoever therefore breaks one of the least of these commandments,
and teaches men so, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever does
and teaches them, he shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven. For I say to you,
that unless your righteousness exceeds the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees,
you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven.
John 10:16 And other sheep I have which are not of this fold; them also I must bring, and they will hear My voice; and there will be one flock and one shepherd.
Matthew 8:11
And I say to you that many will come from east and west, and sit down with Abraham,
Isaac, and Jacob in the kingdom of heaven.
Matthew 19:23–26
Then Jesus said to His disciples, “Assuredly, I say to you that it is hard for a rich man to
enter the kingdom of heaven. And again I say to you, it is easier for a camel to go
through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God.” When His
disciples heard it, they were greatly astonished, saying, “Who then can be saved?” But
Jesus looked at them and said to them, “With men this is impossible, but with God all
things are possible.”
Who won't be in the kingdom?Luke 6:46 But why do you call Me ‘Lord, Lord,’ and not do the things which I say?
Matthew 7:21
“Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he
who does the will of My Father in heaven.
Luke 13:24-27 “Strive to enter through the narrow gate, for many, I say to you, will seek to enter and will not be able. When once the Master of the house has risen up and shut the door, and you begin to stand outside and knock at the door, saying, ‘Lord, Lord, open for us,’ and He will answer and say to you, ‘I do not know you, where you are from,’ then you will begin to say, ‘We ate and drank in Your presence, and You taught in our streets.’ But He will say, ‘I tell you I do not know you, where you are from. Depart from Me, all you workers of iniquity.’
Luke 9:62 But Jesus said to him, “No one, having put his hand to the plow, and looking
back, is fit for the kingdom of God.”
1 Corinthians 6:9-10
Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God.
Ephesians 5:5 For this you know, that no fornicator, unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, has any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and God.
Galatians 5:19-21 Now the works of the flesh are evident, which are: adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lewdness, idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies, envy, murders, drunkenness, revelries, and the like; of which I tell you beforehand, just as I also told you in time past, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.
Kingdom entered through tribulations

Death Is The Last Enemy1 Corinthians 15:20-28
But now Christ is risen from the dead, and has become the firstfruits of those who
have fallen asleep. For since by man came death, by Man also came the resurrection
of the dead. For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ all shall be made alive. But
each one in his own order: Christ the firstfruits, afterward those who are Christ’s at His
coming. Then comes the end, when He delivers the kingdom to God the Father, when
He puts an end to all rule and all authority and power. For He must reign till He has
put all enemies under His feet. The last enemy that will be destroyed is death. For
“He has put all things under His feet.”But when He says “all things are put under
Him,” it is evident that He who put all things under Him is excepted. Now when all
things are made subject to Him, then the Son Himself will also be subject to Him who
put all things under Him, that God may be all in all.

And the dead were judged according to their works, by the things which were written in the books. The sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death and Hades delivered up the dead who were in them. And they were judged, each one according to his works. Then Death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
