Don't waste your time

Set limits on social media
Proverbs 25:16 Have you found honey? Eat only as much as you need, Lest you be filled with it and vomit.

Social media fasting
Joel 2:12 “Now, therefore,” says the Lord, “Turn to Me with all your heart, With fasting, with weeping, and with mourning.”

Meet in person
Hebrews 10:24-25 And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works, not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.

Depend on the Lord's strength
Ephesians 6:10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.
