God won't forget you, we're inscribed in His hands
Isaiah 49:15-16 Can a woman forget her nursing child, and not have compassion on the son of her womb? Surely they may forget, Yet I will not forget you. See, I have inscribed you on the palms of My hands; Your walls are continually before Me.
God will hold you by your hand
Psalms 73:21-24 Thus my heart was grieved, And I was vexed in my mind. I was so foolish and ignorant; I was like a beast before You. Nevertheless I am continually with You; You hold me by my right hand. You will guide me with Your counsel, And afterward receive me to glory.
God will uphold you with His hand
Isaiah 41:10, 13 Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand... For I, the Lord your God, will hold your right hand, saying to you, Fear not, I will help you.
Psalm 37:23-24
The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord, and He delights in his way. Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down; For the Lord upholds him with His hand.
God upholds you and keeps you from falling
Psalm 145:14 The Lord upholds all who fall, and raises up all who are bowed down.

Psalm 94:18 If I say, “My foot slips,” Your mercy, O Lord, will hold me up.

God will lead you by His hand

Nobody can snatch you from His hand
John 10:27-29 My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me. And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand. My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of My Father’s hand.
God will carry you
Isaiah 40:11 He will feed His flock like a shepherd; He will gather the lambs with His arm, and carry them in His bosom, and gently lead those who are with young.
Deuteronomy 1:30-31 The Lord your God, who goes before you, He will fight for you, according to all He did for you in Egypt before your eyes, and in the wilderness where you saw how the Lord your God carried you, as a man carries his son, in all the way that you went until you came to this place.

God will cover you with His feathers

For the Lord will go before you,
And the God of Israel will be your rear guard.

To loose the bonds of wickedness, To undo the heavy burdens,
To let the oppressed go free, and that you break every yoke?
Is it not to share your bread with the hungry,
and that you bring to your house the poor who are cast out;
When you see the naked, that you cover him, and not hide yourself from your own flesh?
Then your light shall break forth like the morning,
Your healing shall spring forth speedily, and your righteousness shall go before you;
The glory of the Lord shall be your rear guard.
