Jesus didn't come to destroy God's law, but to fulfill
Matthew 5:17 Do not think that I came to destroy the Law or the Prophets. I did not come to destroy but to fulfill.
Jesus didn't come to destroy lives, but to us save lives
Luke 9:56 "For the Son of Man did not come to destroy men’s lives but to save them.” And they went to another village.
Jesus came not to condemn but to save the lost
John 3:17 For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.
Luke 19:10 for the Son of Man has come to seek and to save that which was lost.
1 Timothy 1:15 This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am chief.
Jesus did not come to be served, but to serve
Mark 10:45 For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many.
Jesus didn't come to do His own will, but the will of the Father
John 6:38 For I have come down from heaven, not to do My own will, but the will of Him who sent Me.
Hebrews 10:7 Then I said, ‘Behold, I have come— In the volume of the book it is written of Me— To do Your will, O God.’ [Psalm 40:7]”
Psalm 40:8 I delight to do Your will, O my God, And Your law is within my heart.”
Luke 22:41-42 And He was withdrawn from them about a stone’s throw, and He knelt down and prayed, saying, “Father, if it is Your will, take this cup away from Me; nevertheless not My will, but Yours, be done.”

To taste death for us
Hebrews 2:9-11 But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels, for the suffering of death crowned with glory and honor, that He, by the grace of God, might taste death for everyone. For it was fitting for Him, for whom are all things and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons to glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings. For both He who sanctifies and those who are being sanctified are all of one, for which reason He is not ashamed to call them brethren
To destroy the works of the devil
1 John 3:8 He who sins is of the devil, for the devil has sinned from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil.
That we may have an abundant life
John 10:10 The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.\
Why God sent Jesus to us
To redeem us and adopt us as sons
Galatians 4:4-5 But when the fullness of the time had come, God sent forth His Son, born of a woman, born under the law, to redeem those who were under the law, that we might receive the adoption as sons.
God loves us and wants us to have eternal life
John 3:16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

Eternal Life is found in knowing Him
John 17:3 And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent.
Jesus is the way, truth and life
John 14:6 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me."
