Earlier we read that, "the Word became flesh and dwelt among us". Jesus spoke of Himself as the bread of God "who comes down from heaven and gives life to the world" (John 6:33). He compared believing in Him to working "for the food which endures to everlasting life". The work God has given us to do is to believe in the Word who became flesh and gave His life for the world. (John 6:27-29, 51). Jesus compares coming to Him and believing in Him to satisfying spiritual hunger and thirst (John 6:35). Jesus says, "It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life." John 6:63

Promises of salvation and deliverance
"Supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men, for kings and all who are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth." 1 Timothy 2:1-4
“If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed. And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free... Therefore if the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed." John 8:31-32, 36. “The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, because He has anointed Me To preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, To proclaim liberty to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, To set at liberty those who are oppressed; To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord.” Luke 4:18-19. God's Care and Protection
God won't forget you, we're inscribed in His hands

God will hold you by your hand
Psalms 73:21-24 Thus my heart was grieved, And I was vexed in my mind. I was so foolish and ignorant; I was like a beast before You. Nevertheless I am continually with You; You hold me by my right hand. You will guide me with Your counsel, And afterward receive me to glory.
God will uphold you with His hand

Isaiah 52:11-12
Depart! Depart! Go out from there,
Touch no unclean thing;
Go out from the midst of her,
Be clean,
You who bear the vessels of the Lord.
For you shall not go out with haste,
Nor go by flight;
For the Lord will go before you,
And the God of Israel will be your rear guard.
Isaiah 58:6-8
Is this not the fast that I have chosen:
To loose the bonds of wickedness, To undo the heavy burdens,
To let the oppressed go free, and that you break every yoke?
Is it not to share your bread with the hungry,
and that you bring to your house the poor who are cast out;
When you see the naked, that you cover him, and not hide yourself from your own flesh?
Then your light shall break forth like the morning,
Your healing shall spring forth speedily, and your righteousness shall go before you;
The glory of the Lord shall be your rear guard.
