Proverbs on interactions with others

Proverbs 18:1
A man who isolates himself seeks his own desire;
He rages against all wise judgment.

Proverbs 11:30
The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life,
And he who wins souls is wise.

Proverbs 17:17
A friend loves at all times,
And a brother is born for adversity.

Proverbs 18:24
A man who has friends [must himself be friendly]*
But there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother
*Some translations say, "A man with many friends may come to ruin."

Proverbs 12:26
The righteous should choose his friends carefully,
For the way of the wicked leads them astray.

Proverbs 27:17
As iron sharpens iron,
So a man sharpens the countenance of his friend.

The heart of the righteous studies how to answer,
But the mouth of the wicked pours forth evil.

Whoever causes the upright to go astray in an evil way,
He himself will fall into his own pit;
But the blameless will inherit good.

Proverbs 24:15-18 Do not lie in wait, O wicked man, against the dwelling of the righteous; Do not plunder his resting place; For a righteous man may fall seven times And rise again, But the wicked shall fall by calamity. Do not rejoice when your enemy falls, And do not let your heart be glad when he stumbles; Lest the Lord see it, and it displease Him, And He turn away His wrath from him.

Proverbs 15:4
A wholesome tongue is a tree of life,
But perverseness in it breaks the spirit.

Death and life are in the power of the tongue,
And those who love it will eat its fruit.
